Julie began her career in business development at MBNA (later acquired by Bank of America), where she sharpened her skills in marketing, account management, strategy, and operations. In 2009 she founded Springboard Careers, Inc., channeling that insider perspective into practical, personalized coaching for job seekers at every stage.
