Do candidates need to pay for coaching themselves?

That's entirely up to you. Some agencies absorb the cost as a differentiator. Others offer it as an opt-in upgrade candidates can purchase. We can work with either model and help you decide what fits your positioning.

Do you offer white-label arrangements?

White-label isn't our default model — and for good reason. Candidates who know their coach and their platform have better outcomes. Our standard partnership is a preferred-provider arrangement: Realign coaches under the Realign brand, and you stay the relationship owner. If you have a specific use case that requires white-labeling, we're open to that conversation.
