About Becca
Becca Kronenbitter is a solution-focused career coach, resume writer, and business owner with 15 years of editing and career-strategy coaching experience. She holds an M.Ed. in Counseling and Career Development from Colorado State University and has been a Nationally Certified Counselor (NCC) since 2017 and a Certified Professional Resume Writer (CPRW) since 2022.
With 10 years in higher education, Becca launched her career-counseling career at Cornell University Career Services, went on to coach engineers at Colorado State University, and led the University of Vermont College of Engineering Career Readiness program. She has also facilitated resume, job-search strategy, interview prep, and salary-negotiation sessions for organizations including General Assembly, Adecco, Wounded Warrior Project, 4-H, community colleges, and nonprofits.
Becca's client range is intentionally broad — executives, educators, engineers, Veterans, community leaders, writers, lawyers, and artists, ages 15 to 85 — because she believes every professional deserves materials that genuinely reflect their value.
