The 48-Hour Window
The clock starts when your first session ends — not when you booked it, not when the calendar invite was sent. You have a full 48 hours from that moment to decide whether the fit was right.
We chose 48 hours because we know reflection takes time. You might feel unsure right after a session and more certain the following morning. We want you to have that space — without feeling rushed — before you make any decision.

What exactly counts as the "first session"?
Your first session is the initial one-on-one meeting with your matched coach — typically 45–60 minutes. The 48-hour refund window begins the moment that session ends.
Do I need to give a reason to request a refund?
No. Our guarantee is unconditional — if the session didn't feel right for any reason, that's enough. We ask only for brief feedback so we can keep improving our matching.
How long does the refund take to appear?
Once we confirm your request, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. Timing to your account depends on your card issuer or payment method.
Can I try a different coach instead of getting a refund?
Yes — and many clients prefer this. If the chemistry wasn't there, we'll rematch you at no additional cost. Just let us know when you email hello@realigncoaching.org.
Does the guarantee apply to multi-session packages?
The 100% satisfaction guarantee covers your first session. If you've purchased a multi-session package, we'll refund the full package value if you're not satisfied after session one.
Does this policy apply to organization or partnership programs?
Organization and partnership engagements are governed by their individual service agreements. Please refer to your agreement or reach out to hello@realigncoaching.org with any questions.
