What does a typical partnership arrangement look like?
Every partnership is structured around your audience's needs. Some partners resell coaching packages directly; others integrate Realign into an existing benefits platform or outplacement offering. We'll scope the right model — volume, referral, embedded preferred-provider — during an initial discovery call.
Do you offer white-label arrangements?
White-label isn't our default model — and for good reason. People who know their coach and their platform have better outcomes. Our standard partnership is a preferred-provider arrangement: Realign coaches under the Realign brand, and you stay the relationship owner. If you have a specific use case that requires white-labeling, we're open to that conversation.
How are coaches selected and matched to our population?
Less than 1% of coach applicants are accepted. We screen for career outcomes, coaching methodology, and depth of industry experience — then match each client or cohort by function, career stage, and goals. Your clients aren't assigned to a random coach; they're matched to the right one.
What reporting can we share with our stakeholders?
We provide engagement metrics, coaching session completion, self-reported progress benchmarks, and placement/interview outcomes. Reports are designed to be shared upward — your leadership gets clear ROI evidence, not a PDF of vanity stats.
