Background review + brief interview
Our coaching team reviews every application personally. Qualified candidates move to a 30-minute video call to discuss fit, capacity, and coaching philosophy.
Onboarding & profile setup
Accepted coaches complete a structured onboarding — platform orientation, profile build-out, and a quick coaching style calibration so matching is accurate from day one.
Start getting matched
Your profile goes live and clients start arriving. Most coaches receive their first match within two weeks of completing onboarding.

Do I need a coaching certification to apply?
Certification is preferred but not required. Credentials from ICF, BCC, or equivalent bodies strengthen your application — but coaches with exceptional track records and documented client outcomes are regularly accepted without them.
How many clients will I receive?
We match you based on your stated availability. Coaches who commit to 5+ clients per week typically build a full book within 4–6 weeks of going live. Volume grows as your profile accumulates reviews and outcomes data.
What coaching specialties do you currently need?
We actively seek coaches specializing in executive leadership, career transition, job search strategy, salary negotiation, interview preparation, and return-to-work. We consider all specialties year-round.
Can I coach for Realign while maintaining my own private practice?
Yes. Many of our coaches maintain a private practice alongside their Realign client load. The only requirement is that you honor your committed weekly availability for matched clients.
How does pay work?
Coaches set session rates within a competitive range aligned with their experience tier. Realign handles all billing, collections, and payment — you receive direct deposits on a biweekly basis.
