Good questions deserve straight answers
Where is the Realign team based?
We're fully distributed across North America. Our team works remotely, and we've built the async culture to make it work — thoughtful documentation, clear communication norms, and regular virtual connection.
What does the hiring process look like?
Typically: a short intro call with recruiting, a role-specific skills conversation, and a final interview with the hiring manager and a cross-functional teammate. We move quickly — usually within two weeks from first call to offer.
Do you offer internships or contract roles?
Occasionally. The best way to get on our radar is to email careers@realigncoaching.org with your background and what you're looking for. We keep a rolling list of strong candidates.
I'm a career coach — can I join the network?
