How do you handle participant matching when we send you a cohort?

You share role, level, goals, and any context you have. We match within 48–72 hours and send you a proposed roster for approval before anything is communicated to participants. You have final say.

What is the minimum engagement size?

We work with engagements starting at a single participant, though most consulting-firm partnerships involve cohorts of 5–50+. There is no minimum spend threshold to begin a conversation.

Can we set the coaching methodology or framework?

How do you handle a situation where a coaching relationship is not working?
