Can you provide individualized outcome reports by participant for case management files?

What does the coach vetting process look like for specialized populations?
All Realign coaches pass our standard selection process (<1% acceptance rate) and are then screened for direct experience with the populations your program serves: veterans coaching veterans, re-entry coaches with lived experience, coaches who know the labor market in your region.
How quickly can a program launch after a contract is signed?
Most programs launch within 3–4 weeks of contract execution. That timeline covers coach selection, participant intake setup, onboarding materials, and the first round of matches. For pilots, we can often move faster.
