All Realign coaches pass our standard selection process — <1% acceptance rate — and are then further screened for direct experience with the specific populations your program serves. How quickly can a program launch after a contract is signed?
Most programs launch within 3–4 weeks of contract execution. That timeline covers coach selection, participant intake setup, onboarding materials, and the first round of matches. For pilots, we can often move faster.
