About Erin
Erin is a Certified Career Counselor, personal branding enthusiast, and workers' rights advocate who knows firsthand what it means to feel lost in the workforce. After changing her college major nine times and graduating in 2008 into a brutal job market, a string of odd jobs and a master's degree later she nearly believed she was unemployable — until she discovered her passion: helping others navigate the same maze.
Since then, Erin has led countless clients to landing roles with Meta, Google, Microsoft, the NFL, Disney, ESPN, NBC, Fortune 500 companies, federal agencies, tech startups, and more. Her distinctive approach centers on building clients' inner "Career Character" — the self-awareness and confidence that makes every application, interview, and negotiation land with authenticity.
A member of the National Career Development Association and the National Resume Writers' Association, Erin has taught workshops on Career Confidence, Networking for Introverts, LinkedIn Optimization, ADHD and Career Management, and Passing ATS Scans.
