About Erin
Erin is a Certified Career Counselor, personal branding enthusiast, and workers' rights advocate who knows firsthand what it means to feel lost in the workforce. After changing her college major nine times and graduating in 2008 into a brutal job market, followed by a string of odd jobs and a master's degree, she nearly believed she was unemployable. Then she found her passion: helping others find their way through the same maze.
Since then, Erin has helped many clients land roles with Meta, Google, Microsoft, the NFL, Disney, ESPN, NBC, Fortune 500 companies, federal agencies, tech startups, and more. Her approach centers on building clients' inner "Career Character": the self-awareness and confidence that makes every application, interview, and negotiation land with authenticity.
A member of the National Career Development Association and the National Resume Writers' Association, Erin has taught workshops on Career Confidence, Networking for Introverts, LinkedIn Optimization, ADHD and Career Management, and Passing ATS Scans. Her work has been featured in The New York Post, Pittsburgh Post Gazette, and FairyGodBoss.
