About Elisha
With over 12 years of experience, Elisha Austin guides individuals through some of life's most meaningful transitions. Drawing on her background as a counselor, educator, and business founder, she brings both emotional intelligence and strategic thinking to every client engagement.
Elisha holds a B.S. in Psychology and an M.S. in Professional Counseling. Recruited by Teach for America, she taught 4th grade and special education (K-12), served as an Aspiring School Leaders Fellow, and mentored emerging teachers. She also founded two businesses, including an e-commerce herbal apothecary, so she knows the realities of entrepreneurship firsthand.
In her coaching practice she takes a person-centered, solution-focused approach, offering personalized support in career transitions, resume writing, business strategy, and life-change management. She keeps current with AI tools and trends so her clients are equipped for today's job market.
